1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StageReady Academy's services, including but not limited to attending classes, workshops, and performances, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in StageReady Academy, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. StageReady Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation of enrollment.

Tuition and fees for StageReady Academy programs are due as specified in the enrollment agreement. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. StageReady Academy reserves the right to withhold services or cancel enrollment for non-payment.

Regular attendance is expected for all StageReady Academy programs. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. StageReady Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student for disruptive behavior, violation of academy policies, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by StageReady Academy, including but not limited to course content, scripts, choreography, and music, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without the express written consent of StageReady Academy.

Any original works created by students as part of their coursework, such as original scripts or choreography, will retain the student's intellectual property rights. However, StageReady Academy retains the right to use these works for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the student creator.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in StageReady Academy programs involves physical activity and potential risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. You hereby release StageReady Academy, its employees, instructors, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while participating in our programs.

All students are strongly encouraged to maintain their own health insurance coverage. StageReady Academy does not provide medical insurance for its students. In the event of a medical emergency, StageReady Academy will make reasonable efforts to contact emergency services and the student's emergency contacts.

8. Use of Name and Likeness

By enrolling in StageReady Academy, you grant StageReady Academy the right to use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and testimonials. You may opt out of this provision by notifying StageReady Academy in writing.

StageReady Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of its students. Any use of student names and likenesses will be done in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

StageReady Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York City.
